Best 5 Cheapest Mobile Phone Plan for International Students

I am looking for the cheapest mobile phone plan for my parents who will visit in the USA in near future.

lycamobile ultra-mobile, mint mobile all are crap. Check out Red Pocket hands down the best. The people commenting Lyca, Ultra etc possibly have never come across Red Pocket. Lyca runs on T-Mobile’s crap network and so does Ultra. The only network in the US that lets you choose the network is Red Pocket. I’ve used Lyca for 2 long years. It’s crappy.
