West Virginia University is a public, land-grant, research university in Morgantown, West Virginia. Despite being the best university in West Virginia, the WVU acceptance rate is fairly good: 82%. The cost of living in West Virginia is very low, the people are very friendly with a great sense of community. The winters can be very cold and the job market is not going that good.
